Full service travel planning
StartING at $500
Planning fees start at $500 for 1-10 day trips. Price is subject to change based on last minute travel requests, number of travelers, or general complexity of the trip.
Not sure where to start? Looking for something customizable? Book the full service travel planning for the full experience. From start to finish we will craft an exceptional trip. I will get to know you and find out your ideas and wishes for your trip and build an itinerary specific for you. Together we will tailor it until you’re ready to book, which I will do on your behalf. I’ll be available every step of the way and throughout your travels.

Flight bookings
On some flights my clients can receive discounted fares primarily with business + first class tickets. Discounted cruise fares can also be available for clients traveling specifically for a cruise.

Our honeymoon was incredible and we would not have had the experience we had without Nicole helping us plan for the last year. We were able to do everything we wanted and more. Everything was planned to a T and there were no hiccups. I highly encourage getting set up with transfer service, as we did, to get to and from airports, hotels, and any excursions. It made the trip more relaxing knowing we had someone waiting for us at the other side of flights and ferries that know the area better than us. We were also given an emergency contact for Greece if something went array with the time difference between us and Nicole. We are ready to plan for next summer already!

What kind of trips can you plan?
I am able to plan all kinds of trips including:
honeymoons, family travel, general vacations, cruises, group travel, weekend getaways, safaris, private charters, private villas, etc.
Do you work with all budgets?
My services are best utilized when booking
moderate to high end travel. The added benefits I can offer my clients are typically at the four and five star hotels and occasionally higher end three star hotels. If you're unsure about your budget, we can hop on a call and figure out what would be best for you!
How are you paid?
I am compensated by the planning and service fee's paid directly to me - I am also compensated by the hotels, resorts, and tour operators we book your travels with (this does not increase the price of your trip, if you were to book without me the would pocket the commission they would typically pay
me).
Can you help me book with points or miles?
Unfortunately I'm not able to book with your points or miles - but if you're looking for some extra assistance my concierge service add is available!

Is using you more expensive?
You will not pay more to resorts or hotels when booking with me. I am paid via commission by the vendors and hotels which comes out of their pocket, not yours. and with the value I can offer your trip in terms of saving time, exclusive perks and amenities at many resorts, doing destination research, and booking on your behalf - the planning fee can pay for itself!
When should I start planning my trip?
Ideally 9-12 months is a good starting point. I recommend 12 months for time periods like spring break or holidays or popular times for the destination. For cruises and safari's even further out than 12 months is ideal.
