What's the process?
The travel planning process is extremely collaborative. We will work together to make sure we create something you’re excited about! We take into account your interests, budget, travel style, and special wishes you have for your trip in order to craft the perfect itinerary.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We Connect
After you’ve filled out your travel intake form we can schedule our first discovery call by either phone or video chat. This is when I will go over the information I already have from you as well as gather more insight as to what you have in mind and provide you with my initial thoughts. I’ll find out about your travel style, trips you’ve liked, things you would like to include on your trip, and all the logistical information needed.

Design Phase
This is where I will take all the information I’ve gathered from you during our discovery call and reach out to my partners in the destination you’re interested in. We will craft an initial proposal and send it to you for you to critique. This is where we can swap out hotels, add or change activities, and shuffle things around. I’ll provide you with all the deposit information as well as the cancellation information for full transparency.

Confirm Your Trip
Once you’re satisfied with the itinerary and don’t need to make any other changes, you can sit back and relax and I will book the trip on your behalf. I will provide you with a mobile itinerary full of all of your confirmation numbers, addresses, tickets, necessary PDFs, and restaurant and free time suggestions. You can download this app in the app store or view it online.

Off You Go
We will touch base before you leave and make sure you have everything you need before your trip. And of course, I am available to contact during your travels if you need any assistance.

Book your trip
Nicole was amazing as we planned our trip to Italy. We gave her our input and she coordinated closely with partners in Italy that provided us great options. The hotels selected, the tour guides provided and the attention given our trip were all truly first class. We had the opportunity to enjoy an amazing country in style and without worry. A memorable trip made all the better because we were in good hands every step of the way.

Our honeymoon was incredible and we would not have had the experience we had without Nicole helping us plan for the last year. We were able to do everything we wanted and more. Everything was planned to a T and there were no hiccups. I highly encourage getting set up with transfer service, as we did, to get to and from airports, hotels, and any excursions. It made the trip more relaxing knowing we had someone waiting for us at the other side of flights and ferries that know the area better than us. We were also given an emergency contact for Greece if something went array with the time difference between us and Nicole. We are ready to plan for next summer already!
